   Interstitials ads;
   say when you surf the site with interstitials ads, you try to click a link, but then you are redirected to a page with a huge advertisement banner. you only get that in a small chance.

   and on that ad page, it says the website name and 'click here to continue' on the top bar'

   I just want to know is there such plugin for wordpress? or anyother way to achieve this on wordpress

   That is not a bad idea for a plugin. I do not care much for those types of ads, but I am sure some may be interested in a plugin to do it.

   Or would the WordPress community hate me for making it? ;)

   Well since I just wrote the plugin a couple of hours before posting that link, it would not have shown on google yet anyway ;)
