Internet Explorer reloads the whole page whenever I navigate to a new page. It's like hitting reload every time. Bad user experience.
This doesn't happen with Firefox or Safari.

I have the same issue in IE6. Very bad for user experience.
Using wordpress 2.6.1. Anybody know where this is coming from?

Hi Opicron. Maybe we can troubleshoot this together. I'm staging my WP site under localhost on my laptop. Are you running locally too, or on a public server? - Pypo
