Internet Explorer Filtering not working

Trying to use it on a text-widget to display only for Internet Explorer.
Setting the “Browser” bar to “No Display” and “Except Internet Explorer”. It just won’t save. After save everything is still standard and returning to the “Browser” bar the settings are reset to default.

I want to annoy the hell out of Internet Explorer visitors to encourige them to leave or return with a normal browser that complies to web-standards.
