   Hi!

   First let me apologies for raising this issue that late. I was somehow almost sure that such obvious thing should be already noticed :-)

   I'm talking about e-mails from WordPress (about comments, moderation, registration etc). Their headers aren't encoded in any transport encoding such as quoted-printable or base64. And this breaks display of international characters in From: and Subject: fields.

   Is it a known issue or should I file it?

   I think it's already in the bug tracker, it won't be fixed in this release.
