International mail headers

Hi!

First let me apologies for raising this issue that late. I was somehow almost sure that such obvious thing should be already noticed 🙂

I’m talking about e-mails from WordPress (about comments, moderation, registration etc). Their headers aren’t encoded in any transport encoding such as quoted-printable or base64. And this breaks display of international characters in From: and Subject: fields.

Is it a known issue or should I file it?
