International Accent Diacritical Marks In Alphabetical Order

Hello

I have a list of posts that I want to sort in alphabetical order. Some of the posts begin with diacritical marks, so that interferes with the proper ordering.

4 years ago someone posted a similar problem, but the thread was closed without a solution posted.
