• The following message appears when I installed the nRelate plug-in to my website. The server administrator GoDaddy advised that I contact the designer to have the issue addressed. The website works properly when the plug-in is removed.

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

  • @solomama — Do you have FTP access? If so, then we’d like to meet with you over Webex (screen sharing like skype) so that we can work with you through installation to see what might be going on. A Webex meeting shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes of your time and we can coordinate a meeting around your own schedule.
