Internal Server Error when generating Zip file

I recently installed your plugin in order to create an HTML backup of a subset of our WP website so that it can be navigated as a stand-alone site. However, I keep getting an 500 Internal Server Error when I try to generate a zip file.

Talking to our tech people, apparently it’s a “software caused connection abort error 103.” It is apparently timing-out at 31 seconds (consistently) even though we have a 60 second time-out.

It seems to be related to space shortage. However we’re only using less than half a GB with a limit of 5 GB, so that should be plenty. Please help me figure out what the problem is and get it working.
