What sort of thing have changed from before to now ?
domain name ? wordpress root folder name ? wp-config content ?
I have not changed any thing. I have moved server too many times but this is the first time that I get this problem.
What do you means 'moved server' ?
moved website to a new web server
URL ?
I get trouble shooting only when I try to login wp-admin with admin account.
Internal server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts, so if you have access to your admin panel, try deactivating all plugins. If you don't have access to your admin panel, try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 - 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to rule-out a theme-specific issue. If you don't have access to your admin panel, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 - 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.
If that does not resolve the issue, it's possible that a .htaccess rule could be the source of the problem. To check for this, access your server via FTP or SFTP and rename the .htaccess file. If you can't find a .htaccess file, make sure that you have set your FTP or SFTP client to view invisible files.
If you weren’t able to resolve the issue by either resetting your plugins and theme or renaming your .htaccess file, we may be able to help, but we'll need a more detailed error message. Internal server errors are usually described in more detail in the server error log. If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.
I don't think that the problem is due to theme or plugins. I have 2 wordpress sites with different themes and plugins but I have the same problem with bith.

The Error 500 occurs only when I login to wp-admin/ with admin account.
But it works normal when I login with a registred user, author ...
Please try everything detailed above. It's all part of general troubleshooting.
I have replaced wp-admin/ with an old backup the error message changed. Now I get :
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_load_image() (previously declared in /home/radioble/public_html/wp-includes/media.php:241) in /home/radioble/public_html/wp-admin/includes/image.php on line 168
Also my FTP client can't upload the wp-admin.css file it always fail.
Did you try resetting plugins and forcing the theme to switch?
yes and it has no effect
the same files are working well int the old server
Ok, so if you're still having a 500 error, move on the .htaccess file, then the error log as detailed above.
If you're still getting the "Cannot redeclare wp_load_image()" error, try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don't forget to delete the original files before replacing them.
It seems I have run into similar problems, same 500 error after moving everything. But I am able to access the admin after the move but I am not able to see the website.
I followed the instructions from wordpress to move a multi site install from a folder to the root.
It seems that in some occasions it still refers to the /main directory which was the initial install location.
- could be permalink issue, for sure it is interfering but I dont think that is the main issue
- and in the network setting screen it still refers to /main for the 'home' - that seems the real issue but I dont know where to change this? browsing through files as we speak..
It looks like if I am able to change the home and than the permalinks it is solved...
any ideas/suggestions?
thanks.
Now that is weird...the moment I wrote this email and logged in I can access the page via the root. It seems that some photos and sidebars are missing and the home button redirects to wrong folder but the rest seems ok...
