Internal Server Error – 500 when logging into Admin

This problem just started last night. When I tried to log into the WP admin, I got internal server error 500. It took me half an hour of contstantly trying, to finally log into the Dashboard. I called Go Daddy, where my blog is hosted, while I was trying to access it and they said to call back if I ran into more problems.

Two hours I logged out and tried to log back in and couldn’t get in. I called Go Daddy support and the guy said the server was fine, it was WP issue. Either because I didn’t upgrade to 3.0 or some other issue. He said to see if WP has a problem and if not, they’ll move me to another server. Finally, an hour later, I was able to log in.

Help! What do I do? Is it because I didn’t upgrade or something else?
