I can see you have symptoms of another problem before you raise it! Your social icons aren’t working.
That will be a plugin conflict, so deactivate all plugins, test it works OK, then activate each plugin one-by-one to find the culprit.

The social icons is a problem I was going to raise later. They work on chrome but not firefox. Right now I have EVERY plugin disabled and I still have no social icons showing on firfox and also get the Internal Server Error on all browsers.
How are you ftp’g files to your host?
Next thing to try is changing your .htaccess file in the WP root. Don’t delete it, take a copy of it or rename it. Then remove it and see if that fixes the ISE.

Solution has always been a conflicting Plugin. Do you use any of these:
Font Awesome, NextGEN Gallery, W3 Total Cache, Tint
Have seen problems with all these. NextGen is fixed with next release of 3.1.6, early copy here.
You have to go through what I described above with disabling plugins.
