internal server error

Hi, I posted yesterday about having an internal service error on a new website i started. I have no computer knowledge, and was wondering if i gave someone my ftp and password information if they could help me just erase what i’ve done, so that it goes back to what i started. i would really appreciate it – it’s a birthday surprise for someone, whose bday is today!
