   Good morning,

   this is my first post in this forum and hopefully not the last.

   I installed a wordpress blog in a private hosting service, I made a migration from another hosting. Not for the first time I do, and what I have done is to copy all files and directories from one hosting to another, and then export and import the database. I have done it before and never had a problem.

   The only thing that has changed this time is that I had to change the name of the DB, user and password, but I have changed the wp-config.php and I successfully connect to the DB.

   The fact is that when you enter the main page (http://www.quintaessentia.es) and the admin section, I have no problems. But when I try to click on any of the internal links of wordpress, it says that cannot find the page. You can enter the web and check it yourselves.

   I am running WordPress version 2.8.6, do not know whether to try to upgrade to 2.9.1 or first try to solve this.

   From Admin dashboard, run Settings > Permalinks

   Now I have "Date and Name", but I didn't change anything of this. Should I?

   Ok the problem was on the .htaccess file. I made it writable and it's ok now.
