Internal Links – Adding an Alt Feature

    Hello All,

    Here’s my website:
    http://www.it-freelancer.co.uk/

    I’m having problems figuring out how to make internal links have a ‘Alt’ attribute. For example:
    – My menu Bar
    – ‘Website Pages’ at the bottom left of the page.
    – ‘Recent Posts’ at the bottom left of the page.

    I’m using U-Design and the ‘Pages: Website pages’ widget for the menu’s.
    Very new to WordPress and I have the basics down, how can I add Alt Attributes to these?
