Internal Links

Hi guys,

First – congratz for the great job on this plugin. Works very well and gives full customization options.

I know this plugin is meant to manage external links, but would it be possible to add an option that concerns internal links? I am thinking at allowing users to open internal links (in the post body) in a new tab. This would help with “read also” links included in the body … the visitor can read the referrence article then come back to the original post.
