Internal linking and All-in-one-SEO (2 posts)

I have a couple of questions:

    1. When I create a link from within a post to another post in a different category is the link automatically 'dofollow' i.e. post 1 in category blah has a link in the content body that goes to post 2 in category foo?

    2. I'm running all-in-one-SEO and I have 'nofollow comment links' enabled. Does this stop the search engines from following the original link from post 1 to post 2 as detailed in my first question?

    Thanks in advance.

I am very surprised I have not found a internal linking function for posts and pages. I write many posts and I want to link between each of them. Zemanta helps a little bit but it is down to the (in)efficiency of its search.
There are addons available but there should be a way of doing this built in, regardless if you change the domain or permalink structure.
