Internal Anchors Being Deleted

On http://www.dataharmony.com/products/ I’ve had to add internal anchors multiple times because two of them kept getting deleted every time I switched to visual editing mode. The only consistently effective workaround I’ve found is to put the anchors inside other tags – which is a terrible way to have to do it.

Note, originally the first anchor was written like this:
