Intermitent Error establishing a database connection

    I have been running my own WP for close to a year now with no problems until about two days ago when I keep getting the “Error establishing a database connection” about several times in an hour I had to keep refreshing my screen. It kinda feels like its “timing out” until I get it to refresh.

    I checked my wp-config file and everything is in place. I checked my MySQL-DB too and its ok. Is there anything else I can do to make my WP behave back to normal?

    Help please.

    Since the problem is intermittent, I doubt that it is due to your wp-config file. Contact your web host about this problem.
