   Just a warning: WordPress Simple Survey appears to be primarily an advertisement for the paid version. Attempting to add or remove a survey only generates a message stating that those features are available in the paid version.

   Quick note: The free version allows ONE quiz. There is full functionality for that one quiz. Upgrade is required for more than one quiz.
