Default commenting system or Intensedebate ?

    I like using the commenting system Intensedebate than Disqus. But I do know that many of the wordpress users use Disqus rather than Intensedebate .Are there any downsides of Intensedebate?

    I would like to know which is better of these options .Using the wordpress default commenting system customizing it with threaded comment functionality or Using Disqus or using Intensedebate

    threaded comments are built in, and also available in many, many themes.

    Also – you;re in the multisite section. You running it?

    If you are, I’ve heard tell that one or the other of those plugins doesn’t work well with multisite, but blast if I can remember which one.
