Intense debate Facebook connect gives a page not found (2 posts)

    I followed all the instructions, but when I try to login with facebook connect, I always get a "page not found". When I click on facebook connect, it opens a popup that works right, but after completed it with user name and pssword, I get this error. I already tried to deleted and re-create a new app. My worpdress blog is http://www.sportbrain.it with a traffic of about 1.000 unique users a day.

    Hi martoccia, looks like your question has been covered over on Get Satisfaction ( http://getsatisfaction.com/intensedebate/topics/page_not_found_when_using_to_facebook_connect ), but it seems that this issue stems from having more than one Facebook widget on the same page at once.

    The solution seems to be that you need to embed other Facebook widgets (e.g. Fan Box) using the IFRAME option, rather than directly into your page, otherwise the JavaScript required for that and for ID's Facebook Connect option clash with each other.
