   I am working with some people who have a pre-existing site, nicekicks.com, but they are wanting to have a blog feature added to the homepage.

   Is it easy to integrate WP into the website or is it easier to make a WP theme that matches the layout used throughout the website?

   I'd say it would be easier make a WP theme, IMHO.
   I would also say that it makes the website alot more flexible if you ever wanted to change things around later on. (ie. grow the site).

   I've pretty much got the same issue.
   Want WordPress to be part of an already existing site. http://www.pune360.com
   So the UI pretty much needs to be the one on my site and the blog fits inside that frame. Is this possible?
   Has Anyone done this. Any examples of real sites?
