Integrating Html Forms into WP to collect data

    I would like to integrate an html form to collect data from the users. The html page posts the data to a php file which processes the data, shows a confirmation page, sends out a confirmation email and posts it to a database. I have it working on a regular website, but would like to integrate it into my WP site.

    What is the easiest way to do this so that it will appear to be completely integrated into WP?
