• I am trying to figure out the best way to integrate wordpress with my Windows Server 2003 based website.

My desired result is to have http://www.ledet.com/wordpress as the url, with that address appearing in the address bar.

Since wordpress seems much more linux and apache friendly and I had enough hardware to do so, I installed a separate lamp box at wordpress.ledet.com which has a wordpress install working correctly.

The problem is if I just do a redirect in IIS from http://www.ledet.com/wordpress to http://wordpress.ledet.com/wordpress the browser is redirected but the address in the url changes as well.

Does anyone know if what I am trying to do is possible, or if I’d be better off just trying to get wordpress running under IIS on my main box. It probably has the horsepower to handle it.
