Integrated Entries and Comments for Site RSS Feed

On one of the blogs I’m associated with there was a person who is/was a MT user. She said she would like an integrated entries and comments feed for the whole site (like MT does it, not just entries and comments for a single topic). So, I wrote an RSS feed that pulls entries and puts comments in a HTML list in each entry. Here it is in case others would like it:
