Integrate plugin in post editor or another automation?

Hi,
Is there a way to integrate your plugin into the post editor so I could insert the redirect URL while creating a post?
Maybe there’s another solution to my problem,
I would like every post to be redirected to a page for example:
http://www.mysite.com/specific-post to be redirected to http://www.mysite.com/specific-page
