Hello!
I'm installing wordpress on IIS 5.1. I can get a phpinfo.php file to run correctly in the directory 'blog/wp-admin' but when I try to run install.php in the same directory I get asked if I want to download the file.
Any ideas why install.php (and any other wordpress *.php files) isn't running on my system?
Many thanks!
You need to have PHP installed & running correctly on your server.

Thanks numeeja, but unfortunately I still have the problem.

The problem can't be 1), 3) or 4) because phpinfo.php runs ok. Changing the directives in 2) and 5) didn't seem to make any difference (the wordscript php files don't seem to use either short tags or asp-style tags anyhow).
Any other ideas please?
Thank you.
