   FileZilla is a FTP program that allows you to upload all the required WordPress files to your hosting account. The information contained in the wp-config.php file is for the database on your hosting account you;ve created.

   You don't. FileZilla is a FTP program and has nothing to do with databases. You'll need to contact your host to find out how to set up a database.
