   Hi,
   Installing 3.1.1 the next error came:

   Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.1.1.zip…

   Unpacking the update…

   Incompatible Archive.: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

   Installation Failed

   Do you have a solution?

   You could try upgrading manually.
