Ok guys. Im really frustrated because ive been trying to get my site going for a while now (about a month). Ok as of now, I have accomplished this. I have godaddy hosting, my domain with them too, a wordpress.com account with my domain set up on the account, and I have wordpress downloaded to my desktop with the wp-config file set up with all my database stuff on it and everything. Now here's what I get confused with, where do I upload it to on filezilla. Im so confused using that, if there is an easier ftp client to use, tell me. Im also confused on Godaddy where you add the application WordPress, what is that for. Can you guys please help me. I need help

For the blog to appear at http://lilwayneflows.com/ - upload wordpress (files within the unziped wordpress folder & not the folder itself) to the public_html/www folder. Once done visit your domain and wordpress will guide you through the installation.

If you wish to have the blog in a sub-directory i.e http://lilwayneflows.com/blog the either rename the unzipped wordpress folder to blog and upload it as above - or creat a folder in public_html/www with your desired name and upload the content of the worpress folder to it.

Again installation is a simple as navigatin to your desired folder i.e http://lilwayneflows.com/blog and wordpress will guide you through the rest of the way. This is provided all details in the wp-config.php are correct.

Ok well I was thinking about doing that with the publich html file because i saw that somewhere but I don't have that file anymore. Im not sure what I did or if it was there to begin with. How can I recreate that file again?

public_html is the default root domain (web accessible) folder on many Linux hosting packages. If you can't locate that folder, try contacting your hosting provider.

I don't think Godaddy uses a public_html folder. Why not just use Godaddy's Application install: http://help.godaddy.com/article/834

    Or to install manually:

Ok but that doesn't help me with what Im asking guys. I have like two different themes going on at once sort of. My site has one theme but then when I log into wordpress, I have a different one that says it is what it is supposed to be and on there, my first post says Site is under construction but on my site, it says Welcome to WordPress
