   trying to install. using bluehost. totally screwed up. keep getting 404 error when tring to install. don't know what i'm doing.

   What is your URL that you are getting the 404 on?

   that's wordpress.com i was trying to install wordpress.org.

   there are so many limitations with wordpress.com

   Is your domain still pointed to your WordPress.com website? If so, you wont be able to visit the WordPress login until you update your DNS to point to your hosting account.

   it's all working fine now.

   how do I install different themes that aren't wordpress themes?

   You don't. You need to use a WordPress theme, built for WordPress. There's literally thousands available for free.

   I can't find thousands, not even hundreds. Where should I be looking?
