Installing WordPress on Windows Server 2008 R2

I am trying to install WordPress on a server running Windows 2008 R2, but I have a problem, everything is installed correctly, I access the administrator correctly visualize “locally” the web, but the problem comes when I access through it from the outside, which you view the page contents but not the images and styles, I think there is a problem with permissions (IUSR, and folders IIS_IUSERS PHP).

Data, web server IIS 7.5, SQL Server database, so if anyone has managed to solve this problem would be very grateful that I should use a cable. With me that permission must be put in every room I could work and some php.ini settings.
