I am new to WordPress and wanted to have a go at creating on my computer. I followed the instructions to install on a pc - have done the WPI Installation etc, but am failing at the last hurdle where I need to enter the application information. I've left everything in the form as it is - eg DB administrator = root, DB user name = wordpressuser but what do I put in for the passwords the DB admin and DB Username passwords? I am assuming that I can install all this locally on my pc before I move anything to a web provider - is that correct?
