   I'm trying to install wordpress for a client and their Web hosting type is Microsoft IIS 7.0. Has anyone else had any issues with this. The site seems to only recognize index.html but not index.php. The hosting is through myhosting.com.

   This is the error message I receive when I go to the sites homepage to start wordpress setup:

   403.14 - Forbidden: Directory listing denied.
   The Web server is configured not to display a list of the contents of this directory.

   It may be a dir permission issue in iis. please check this following link,this may help you
