I understand the instruction, but I don't know how to access the information I need. This is not part of my expertise. Please help. I am pretty sure in wp-config. I have typed in the wrong information. When I looked in wp-admin/install, I do not see a generated password, so I am not totally sure where to look for that information. Can you help?

The things that go in wp-config.php are generated by you or your host. If you don't know the values, ask your host.
Once you do the first part of the installation, you will be told the password to access your WordPress administration.
