   I don't have any trouble uploading, installing and activating plug-ins in a zip file,
   But when I try to upload and install plug-ins that are not in a zip file I always get an error code.

   I'm talking about the elite plug-ins that come with wp-robot. Can anyone help me?

   i.e. amazon.php

   Don't know exactly what you mean with amazon.php and wp-robot.
   make sure that you upload the files via FTP with the correct transfermode (ASCII or BINARY)
   some clients offer automated detection which normally works. (i.e. filezilla)

   can you post the error code here?
