Installing on used database

    Hi, i want to install WordPress, but i only have one MySQL database on my domain wich already has phpbb installed. Can i install WordPress by edit the config-file without getting any problems?

    Yes, so long as you use a prefix like WP_ or something to make sure there isn’t any overlap with phpBB 🙂

    Don’t they all have like wp_ in front of them?

    If they don’t, have can i create/use a prefix?

    They should, but you can specify when you install. Just make sure to use one 🙂

    Can i spesify a prefix or do you mean database? Can i spesify that in the config-file?

    So, nothing should go wrong if i connect it to the database, even though i don’t make a prefix?
