   Hi,
   For starters - I'm very new to Word Press. I have my site up and running in a very basic way, but I wanted to change the theme. I downloaded Annotum Base 1.0 (zip file) to my hard drive. I went to my Backend to log in as administrator of the site. I clicked on "Appearance" and then "Themes." I clicked "Install Themes" and proceeded to attempt to upload the zip file. That's when I ran into problems. When I browsed and uploaded, I received a message from IE stating that "Cannot Display the Webpage." I know that there weren't any internet connection problems so what is the problem??? Please help.

   I can see your site just fine using Firefox 8 and IE9.

   It shows up fine but I wanted to change the theme to Annotum 1.0 and can't. The site works using the current theme, but I got a "Cannot Display" from IE when I tried to upload a different theme to use.

   can you use Firefox browser? IE is notoriously hard to use for a lot of stuff.
   Also can you log in to your cpanel for your website?
   and then FileManager. You can use that to upload and change file and folder permissions so you can change things.
