I read through the directions for installing multiple blogs using one SQL account. My concern is that I already have one blog installed and set up with a customized theme and about 5 months of posts. I want to start a new totally separate blog now. Can I still do this without messing up my current blog? Thanks for the help.

Yes, the only important thing is to make sure you have a different prefix for the tables in your config file.
