   hit activate and the admin screen went blank and it took the site offline, no errors. removed BP from my plugins directory and the site popped back instantly. ideas?

   An error stopped any further processing (and rendering). Check your log files.

   i have installed the buddypress and after istalling a msg appears to log in and when i log in it take directly to my site and wordpress dashboard page does not appear how can i solve this problem

   Gursajan Singh, go to wp-content/plugins/buddypress and rename buddypress folder to e.g. wp-content/plugins/buddypress-xxx

   P.S. It's better to start your own thread than add-on to a 10-month old topic.
