I cant get through step one which is install the theme I want. I need to give them my host name and I m not sure what it is because I have tried several times and it fails.

I cant get through step one which is install the theme I want. I need to give them my host name and I m not sure what it is because I have tried several times and it fails.
You need your FTP hostname, username and password. Contact your host if you do not have these details already.
