Installing a plugin sticks at "Unpacking the package."

I’m installing TinyMCE Advanced 3.2.7
The install page sticks at the following message:
“Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/tinymce-advanced.3.2.7.zip.
Unpacking the package.”
Thoughts?
