   I downloaded a theme that was created for wordpress, but I have no idea how to install it.
   According to the instructions, I need to either upload it to the ftp server or web server administration tools.
   Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

   Thanks for the video. That's very helpful.

   However, I still have no idea how to actually get to the ftp control window... ?

   if you have the theme downloaded - install it through wordpress

   log in
   go to
   Appearance - Add New Themes
   click on "upload" at top of screen
   next screen, browse to theme zip file on your computer and click install
   done
