Installing a hyperlink to a WordPress website

    I am tryig to install a hyperlink in my website.

    I go to edit page, in text mode click on “link” (underscored) add URL to pop-up box, click open in new window, update page and nothing happens.

    Help, anyone?

    Are you highlighting some text before you click the link button?

    Refresh the page . you might also have to clear browser cache

    Hi,

    I have cleared the cache (Mozilla) and refreshed the page (before updating? after?) and nothing happened. I copied the entire URL from the address bar, and made sre the http:// was not included twice.

    WPyogi, what text should I be highlighting?

    The text that you want to make into a link – it was not clear from your post above that you are doing that?

    Text from what I have written in the text box below? I have done that, and the pop up box appears, I pasted the URL, clicked add new page and updated. Still, something seems to be missing.
