Hi everyone. I've installed WP in a directory on my site with no trouble, but I'd also like to install a clean/new copy of it in a different directory for a different use. I've checked the docs, searched, and googled but have yet to find anything that answers this particular question. I thought if I just re-uploaded the same files that I could start fresh again, but I just saw the same content from my original installation. Any help or information would be great, thank you! :)

You can do it, the only thing you have to change is the table ptefix in the config file. The default is "wp_". Change it and run install.

Or just create a new database for each WP installation. That's what Fantastico does when I install from my webhost's control panel.
