   WordPress is not installed in php6.
   Error

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function set_magic_quotes_runtime() in C:\AppServ\www\wordpress-mu\wp-settings.php on line 18

   Recommended installation method on php6.

   php6 doesn't have magic quotes anymore, which is quite annoying.
