   I'm helping a colleague who's had his site up for a while. After activating the Splendio theme, the WP address (http://doingmediaethics.com/wp/) turned up a 404 error and the site address (http://doingmediaethics.com) turned up an internal server error.

   I'm still able to log in to admin, so I changed theme to Twenty Eleven and then deleted Splendio. I then backed up WP content and reinstalled WP 3.3.2 through admin. Still nothing.

   I appreciate any help you can give me.

   Did you change the site url under settings?

   No, the site settings have not been changed. Thanks for helping.

   Check your permalinks. Change the setting to anything so the htaccess file will be redone.

   I changed the site URL and checked, but still no luck. I then changed the site URL back. any other thoughts, kmessinger?
