Installed several wordpress blogs to different subdirectories on 1 account

Hi,
This worked fine and I thought i would simply be able to point my registered domains to each subfolder and that would be it. While the subdomains point to the right blogs, if I click on one of the links it shows me the full url path…i.e http://www.vinationsrugby.com will bring me to home page but if I click a link it brings me to http://www.scd-emarketing.com/alasdair/ireland etc

Anybody any ideas of how to keep the domain for entire blog?
