Installed list-author widget, now site won’t load

    I’m using WP vers 2.2. It was installed by dreamhost and was running fine until I installed the widget, list-author. I activated the feature under plug ins and placed the new widget in my sidebar. After I tried to save it, it just kept on loading. I tried to access my site and it just keeps loading. here’s my site:
