Check if your PHP files are executable…
chmod +x *.php should fix it if they are not.
Some hosts such as PlusNet make php files not executable by default, they supply a script fixphpperms.sh that you can use to fix it.

Oh executable in the server…. will look and try. Hold on…
Top stuff. I am in. Played around in Plesk in the setup mode and ticked the PHP box. Cheers Ross… have a great day.
Hello,
I have this exact same problem and am struggling to get it to
work. I followed your fix up to the “Played around in Plesk in
the setup mode and ticked the PHP box”?
I did change all the php files to executable using chmod but it
didn’t seem to have an effect.
Can you give me some further info on plesk ? I took a look on the
web and it seems a bit more than I need or understand for that
matter.
Thanks
David.
dbethune it is normally better to start your own thread instead of tying to one that is months old. You will normally get better attention describing your problem rather than saying it is the same.
That said :^), what is your URL?
