Installed fine, but now no styling?

Howdy!

The installment seemed to go just fine, but now it seems that the styling is not rendering for any themes as well as in the admin panel. Also, I am unable to activate any other themes for some reason.

I have done several reinstalls and different databases and keep running into this error.

Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong, any ideas?
